By downloading, installing, or using the CookPal Application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform and must immediately cease all access to our services.
Description of Service
CookPal provides an AI-powered meal management and recipe generation platform. Our services include personalized meal planning, automated grocery list generation, ingredient scanning via computer vision, and neural-network driven recipe adaptations tailored to user preferences and nutritional goals.
User Conduct
As a condition of use, you agree not to:
- blockUpload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- securityAttempt to bypass AI security protocols, neural interface restrictions, or platform sandboxing.
- codeReverse-engineer the proprietary algorithms or scrape the recipe database.

Content generated by our AI core is provided for informational and experimental purposes only. While our models aim for precision, accuracy in measurements, nutritional values, and ingredient combinations cannot be guaranteed.
Critical Health Warning
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY.

Subscriptions & Billing
CookPal Premium services operate on an auto-renewal basis. All subscriptions and payment processing are managed through Apple App Store. You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time via your account settings on that platform.
Intellectual Property
The App, its code, design, neural network weights, and all proprietary recipes are the exclusive property of CookPal Inc. No rights are granted to users except for the limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal culinary development.
Limitation of Liability
THE COOKPAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". IN NO EVENT SHALL COOKPAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO KITCHEN ACCIDENTS, SPOILED INGREDIENTS, OR HARDWARE FAILURE.

We reserve the right to modify these protocols. Material changes will be signaled via in-app notifications or through updating the Effective Date.

These terms shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with local laws where CookPal Inc. is headquartered.
